The City of North Lauderdale is located just west of Fort Lauderdale on North-Central Broward County and it was incorporated in 1963 and has a area of 4 square miles.  With just under 34,500 residents, families will find single and multi family housing along with industrial and commercial centers for work, dining, shopping and entertainment.  There are 17 city parks that offer tot lots, playgrounds, sports fields, camping areas and many other recreational activities.  The City of North Lauderdale plans and coordinates special events throughout the year for the residents to enjoy to help unite the community.
