The City of Weston is located in the western part of Broward county just east of the Everglades at the crossroads of I-75 and I-595. The City encompasses 25.84 square miles that includes 1,877 acres of lakes and canals and 2,200 acres of wetland preserves. Beautifully designed single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums in more than 85 neighborhoods are designed among the lakes, parks and winding waterways of Weston. There are 46 miles of bike paths and trails for residents to enjoy along with the local Community Center and 13 municipal parks. Golf lovers will fall in love with the Weston Hills Country Club or the Bonaventure Country Club. Tennis players will enjoy the Weston Tennis Center, a spacious 16 courts and professional facility that includes 15 hydro clay courts and one championship hard court. Coined "The Hometown of the Future" back in 1985 by it's founder Arvida, the City was incorporated in 1996 and has grown to a population of over 61,500. Weston is a beautiful place to work or live.
